GBDO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY OFFER AND CONFIRM WILL ACTUALLY HAPPEN I have an injured leg and cannot walk far. My agreement stated that the company would collect and return me to the airport. This was acknowledged on my booking confirmation. On arrival I called the number given to be told that the service had been discontinued and that "it was only an 8 minute walk". Not with a sore leg a case and two pieces of hand luggage! Their website still trumpets the pick up service this morning. Sha'nt be using them again, ever!

The car was ready on time, Darren and the staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The drop-off was easy and stressless. GBWorst experience in over 30 years and I… Worst experience in over 30 years and I do not say this lightly. They are only in business from the airport traffic of new customers who have no clue. The rental place is 20 min outside the airport. You will wait 60-90 min for a shuttle to pick you up because there is only one shuttle. Wait hours to get your car and catch the shuttle back to the airport. I ended up getting an Uber to drive back to the Airport NOT to miss my flight. The people who work there are children in early twenties, so you can imagine their attitude. Don't do it.
