Great communication! I was very impressed with how easy it was to communicate with the company. I called for some assistance and was able to talk to someone immediately who was very helpful. The TNCC instructor got back to me very quickly also with clear instructions on how to proceed with the pre-online class modules and other information.

Valuable knowledge The TNCC class was informative and provided valuable information to use at work. The first time I did TNCC was in person. I was very apprehensive about doing it online, but it turned out great! I opted for the 2-day course, and it was money well spent.
