As always almost a decade ago I found… As always almost a decade ago I found the best career/life coach in the business and today for me was just proof that she still is the best in the industry.

I attended the Accountability Mirror… I attended the Accountability Mirror and MindMastery sessions this past weekend. Both were amazing! Day 1, I went in cautiously optimistic but slightly annoyed at having to give up my Saturday. Day 2, I went in excited and engaged. These sessions make you really look at yourself, see your blindspots, understand how your moods/thoughts impact your behaviour, and help you start to be more self aware. Excited to start the journey towards a more improved me. Thank you to Jody and her team!

Amazing Amazing: expect to be shocked about yourself! I knew what I was coming into because I read Jody's book prior to this but I did not expect the results and the lessons I learned. I have been in therapy and had a coach before and THOUGHT I was mindful but I was not anywhere near where I want to be and should be. Seeing my results caused me a bit hurt but Jody teaches you ways to lead lightly and offers an app. I loved the 2 day course and thankful for Jody and my boss for introducing me to the book and class.

Can Be Immediately Applied I am not an early riser and this is a full day workshop so you really have to put in the effort to bring your most optimistic self into this. Jody kept it real, but had a great sense of empathy in the way she delivers her method. My self perception was not accurate in certain areas and I found this workshop pretty eye opening and I learned so much so quickly that I was able to take the lessons I learned and immediately apply it to a situation that was currently stressing me to my core and another situation that was more of an ongoing stressor for me. I was able to approach these things differently and am happy to say that I am already in a better space. The real work begins to continuously apply these teachings!

Now begins the hard work I enjoyed Jody’s workshop and am excited to implement these tools professionally and personally. I felt like her work is very important in corporate leadership and am excited to see changes at Engrain as a result of this workshop. I feel like both accountability and Mindmastery go hand in hand so it was a great approach to deep dive into 2 days of both. I’m hopeful I can shift my own lens and begin the hard work.
