Engaging, practical and eye opening! A really engaging, practical and life transforming course. My eyes have been opened as to how I come across to others, how I relate to them, things I'm brilliant at and things that need a bit of work! I've also learned to understand my team mates and friends/family better - how they are wired, helpful ways of communicating with them and how to encourage them to be the best people they can be. So good and applicable to all areas of life not just work. Highly recommend
