Maxine was a wonderful trainer Maxine was a wonderful trainer. She has a personable nature and is clearly very experienced in her field. Maxine’s teaching style made the sessions easy to understand and the knowledge stuck! I’m looking forward to refreshing my knowledge with her in 3 years!!

Excellent 2 day course The 2 day First Aid course delivered was absolutely brilliant. Maxine is incredibly knowledgable and has a wealth of first hand experience to bring the subject to life. She has a wonderfully engaging delivery style and was able to cater for both novices and experienced first aiders doing refreshers. The equipment used was excellent and I left the 2 days confident to use my new skills in the real world

Really enjoyed this, trainer very knowledgeable and lots of real life examples used throughout to help with skills being taught. Good pace and time to ask questions. Big practical element to the learning allowing for the theory to be consolidated. Very approachable and clearly has used elements of what is taught out in the field. Would look to come back in 3 years for re qualification. Cannot rate booking process or communication as booked for me, but certificate arrived promptly as promised via email.

Great course delivery Great course delivery, interactive throughout, not just the practical sessions. There was a lot of mixed professional and life experiences brought into the room, relevant to the courses and the tutors encouraged this, whilst maintain focus on the course content. Delivered in a relaxed but well structured delivery. I really enjoyed the course and feel confident to provide First Aid, should a situation arise.
