Likely out of business and my money down the drain I paid for the additional coaching and access to hand picked liens by an advisor. Everything started well the first couple times, but it seems like they may now be out of business. I've emailed my previous rep and the support email multiple times and have not received a response. Their phone number is never answered and calls are never returned. Very disappointing to pay so much money and they drop off the face of the earth. My assumption is they are out of business.

100% ripped off. 100% ripped off. Their "support representatives" are non-existent or leave the employment before anything transpires. Cost me money, lost money, paid fees all of the way along over the past 2 years. Am now stuck with property that I cannot sell for 4 years without paying substantial fees. Run - do not invest here. Upfront acquisition and title clearance fees are explained as appropriate and then becomes a total money dump. I'll be leading a class action lawsuit.
