Slow for results and certificate but definitely recommend One of the reasons I chose this company was the "Pay Later" financing. The other was that it was online. The course is absolutely brilliant and the ability to have the exam online was even better. Booking the exam was a breeze! Setting up for the exam, not so much. The exam room check was incredibly confusing, so much that I thought I had made a mistake of which the moderator provider was unhelpful. It took a week to get my e-certificate and I'm still waiting on the physical copy (not included in the cost). But, honestly, now I have my personal licence in my hand, the certificate from the council, and a printed e-certificate in my qualifications folder! Very happy with the convenience but the website advertises speed that they didn't provide.

Was able to access the course material… Was able to access the course material before I signed u which made it possible to study before hand, and Received my log in to take the exam within a couple hours of paying. Staff were welcoming when I called and supported with any questions I had. The process of taking the exam was straight forward, this was my first time taking an online exam. I definitely recommend!

It’s way much convenient to test this… It’s way much convenient to test this way, online at home, anytime you want. Only tricky part is you need to find a right environment to set camera in quiet and clean place to show everything is clear. As long as you find the space in your home, it’s great way to get test quickly and safely (specially in current Covid environment). The test materials are correct and sufficient to cover. I highly recommend it.
