Not a good fit in terms of coach and … Not a good fit in terms of coach and client. No discernible assistance and intense focus on manual cash flow report which was not where my business nor I needed assistance. When communication ball was dropped, blame was placed on me rather than on fixing the problem. Lots of personality tests were done but very little attention was paid to the outcomes as it may have been a good indicator that it wasn't going to work.
