They are always prompt in setting up the online class with Zoom, as well as providing support during the class if needed. Wonderful Experience The instructor was excellent! He encouraged us to draw on any current or past employment to understand the principles of the lessons in order for us to have a point of reference and then he would unpack the information from there. The classes were very conversational and discussion oriented. I was very lucky to be one of only two students so we basically had our very own private tutor. Wonderful experience.

This was a great training class This was a great training class. Our trainer was Erl Stinson and I think he did a fantastic job with this course. It was very professional mixed with a little humor which definitely makes the class more enjoyable. Change Management Trainer Experience The courseware is very nicely laid out and easy to follow as a trainer for the Change Management Training. The students also learned a lot and was able to use some concepts that can be tailored down to their specific need.
