Only positive experiences throughout a year. I play Chivalry 2. Throughout the past year I have purchased 6 gameplay review sessions and 2 hours and 30 minutes of coaching. I have had some issues where i needed to reach out to support and i was blown away with their professionalism, generosity and just being down to earth. My only criticism would be that there are currently only two coaches available. And there is a huge quality difference between the two. With one of them I feel he is trying to do the least as possible while taking as much money from me as possible. And he does not seem that knowledgably about the game either. I sparred him during coaching and he is clearly a top player, but his understanding of the game (or rather his ability to teach deeper concepts) was quite limited and I was disappointed. I thought maybe i was too quick to judge so i gave him another chance by buying a gameplay review, but it resulted in the same experience. He gave me very little feedback and the feedback itself was of poor quality. It's like a newbie teaching another newbie. Terrible experience. The other coach felt like the opposite and it's the one I am currently using. He can come across a bit arrogant, but for now it is a small price to pay because I am blown away with the level of knowledge he has about the game. My point with these extremely detailed accounts of coaches, is that there is no guarantee of the quality of coaches you find on Metafy. It's sadly up to luck. They might be really really bad, or really really good.

BEWARE BEWARE: Company is a disgusting money grabber that steals your money. If you want to cancel your subscription they just prolong it for a year and you get charged without a second thought. Lost 100 USD to these clowns.

Bad service, no refund Hired a coach. Coach constantly would reschedule, be late, or forget about my sessions. Contacted customer service for a full refund with screenshot proof; denied refund. Unbelievable.

Horrible Experience Metafy Apart from the coaching for 1 hour being super expensive, the coaching I got was horrible. The coach was rude and didn't do as the coaching session had said/offered. I then said hi in the support chat, Jesse said "Hi how can we help you?" and it's been 2 days this person has not responded at all! They're going to say some bs like "its been too long now you cant receive a refund" but yeah obviously because you took so bloody long to respond!

Couldn't be better I've been using Metafy as student for a while now and it's just phenomenal. Booking a lesson is as streamlined as it could be with just looking at the coach's schedule and picking a slot that works for you and if there's ever a scheduling issue rescheduling is just a button click away. The coaches themselves are all super smart and willing to work with people of all skill levels. Without Rivers and his knowledge I wouldn't be anywhere close to the skill I am now. The support team is also incredibly quick.
