Would *Strongly* Recommend Metafy I've used Metafy for Super Smash Bros. coaching, and the service is phenomenal. Metafy's one-on-one sessions are what it is known for, but to me, the replay reviews are where Metafy truly shines. If you are lucky enough to have a recording of your gameplay (whether it be on a stream or you just recorded your games yourself), you can submit a replay to a coach to review on Metafy with a large number of amazing tools coupled with incredible insight from your coach. My coach, Rivers3k, is especially helpful to my improvement at Super Smash Bros; I would strongly recommend his coaching. He is able to provide extremely insightful help to players of all skill levels, including people brand new to the game and people with years of experience in high-level smash.

Bad service, no refund Hired a coach. Coach constantly would reschedule, be late, or forget about my sessions. Contacted customer service for a full refund with screenshot proof; denied refund. Unbelievable.

Awful screening process for coaches. I did some research into Metafy and saw that they have Akariss as a coach for Fire Emblem Heroes. This is a person that is infamous in the Fire Emblem Heroes community for being elitist and bigoted to begin with. On his profile he claims to have have "Perfect Arena Crown and Aether Raids Gold Thrones" as an achievement, putting aside how this "achievement" says more about how long someone has been playing and how much effort someone went through to try and que late in order to dodge better players in the mobile game that has no real glory or monetary prizes, Akariss has lost an arena crown several months ago and yet still claims to have a perfect record on both his Twitch channel and his Metafy page. His other achievement listed is "Top 50 2022", which is misleading at best and straight up a complete lie at worst. This top 50 does not specify which game mode or what part of the game it applies to, and there is no yearly competition in FEH anyways. Almost all rankings in the game are weekly rankings in fact. I do not know what Metafy is like with other coaches and other games, but based on my own experience with the one game I looked into. I think Metafy's screening process must be atrociously bad if this guy is allowed through.

Only positive experiences throughout a year. I play Chivalry 2. Throughout the past year I have purchased 6 gameplay review sessions and 2 hours and 30 minutes of coaching. I have had some issues where i needed to reach out to support and i was blown away with their professionalism, generosity and just being down to earth. My only criticism would be that there are currently only two coaches available. And there is a huge quality difference between the two. With one of them I feel he is trying to do the least as possible while taking as much money from me as possible. And he does not seem that knowledgably about the game either. I sparred him during coaching and he is clearly a top player, but his understanding of the game (or rather his ability to teach deeper concepts) was quite limited and I was disappointed. I thought maybe i was too quick to judge so i gave him another chance by buying a gameplay review, but it resulted in the same experience. He gave me very little feedback and the feedback itself was of poor quality. It's like a newbie teaching another newbie. Terrible experience. The other coach felt like the opposite and it's the one I am currently using. He can come across a bit arrogant, but for now it is a small price to pay because I am blown away with the level of knowledge he has about the game. My point with these extremely detailed accounts of coaches, is that there is no guarantee of the quality of coaches you find on Metafy. It's sadly up to luck. They might be really really bad, or really really good.

I've had a lot of sessions of coaching wirh Rivers3K and by far the best coaching I've gotten in my life. Also I've gotten pretty good discounts and lil stuff for free so pretty good overall. Some bugs here and there but as soon as they get founs they try patching and making the experience even better
