Recently our roughness tester was out and I was able to rent a replacement while ours was out getting repaired, which was very helpful. Easy to navigate site with a good selection The site is easy to navigate with good, clear photos of measurement tools. In my case I needed a new pair of digital Mitutoyos. Global Test Supply had the best price and shipping was free in my case. The checkout process was easy to get through as well. As a bonus I got mine in 2 days as we are both located in North Carolina. Customer Service for object DOA I ordered a 4 inch K type thermocouple probe. The tip of the probe arrived with a ~80° bend in the tip. I sent photos to the customer service team, and they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Unfortunately the shipping took approximately 2-3 weeks for each probe, but that's about par for the course in today's environment. Overall, highly satisfied with the experience. Thank you for taking me seriously and making the situation right!

Its a fraud company be aware Its a fraud company be aware. Bought an instrument, returned it 2 days later in pristine condition in original packaging. They kept the instrument and never refund the money, keep on saying next week for over a month now.
