Easy to navigate site with a good selection The site is easy to navigate with good, clear photos of measurement tools. In my case I needed a new pair of digital Mitutoyos. Global Test Supply had the best price and shipping was free in my case. The checkout process was easy to get through as well. As a bonus I got mine in 2 days as we are both located in North Carolina. This was my first purchase here, but won't be my last if I need any similar products. Can recommend to anyone that is need of precision measuring tools. Thank you.

First experience not good! First experience not good. I chose to put a tool into my cart and proceed to check out. While doing so a banner popped up and said my purchase qualified for a $5.00 dollar special discounjt. When I finalized check out it then told me I didn't qualify after I proceeded to finish checking out! Not a pleasant experience. I left the site without the tool. Several weeks later I went back and ordered the tool anyway because I needed it. Everything else was OK. Fast ship, on time delivery and it was the right tool delivered!

Machinist calculator nightmare (solved) I ordered a machinist calculator to finish one of my job. After 5 days I received an email saying that the calculator was out of stock and therefore I had to wait until April 3 in order for them to receive the calculator from their supplier. I asked to cancel the order due to the urgency to finish my job and they asked me why would I need a refund. Basically I gave them the ok to wait until April 3 and yesterday April 2 I called them and the person over the phone said that the calculator arrived so it will be shipped today April 3. I opened a claim with paypal because first on the invoice the description of the item was totally incorrect and listed as a tripod stand and second because they lied to me and didn't receive any email with shipping confirmation. At this point this is not a company that I can deal with and I would suggest anyone to stay away if you need your tools for professional use. 4/8/24 update After waiting for this long I am happy to say that I received my famous calculator. I will definitely change my review into a more of a positive outcome and invite Global Test Supply to be more precise. We all deserve a chance to do better. I definitely appreciated that words reflected facts after all and so thank you very much.

Shipped wrong part, but resolved UPDATE - After this review, Global Test Supply contacted me and I was shipped the correct part. I was shipped the wrong items (two $20 sets of pliers instead of the $111 ones I ordered) and have contacted customer service 3 times now for a return authorization. The first reply said my email would be forwarded to the returns dept, second reply said they would forward it again, and my third request (10/11/23) was ignored.
