Excellent cooperation and end product Working with Carlie was wonderful. She validated all of my concerns regarding my item's authenticity. When she sent me her official written statements, I asked her to include more details because I wanted zero chance of Mercari saying there wasn't enough evidence of inauthenticity. She very kindly agreed to add all details which we had discussed and sent them to me as soon as she could. I'm so grateful for this company's help in getting back my money after being sold three fakes. The company's rates are affordable and there's a relatively quick turnaround time. That being said, I think it would help to be more transparent about the write-up. We discussed multiple tells that my items were fake over email, but only a few were included in each report. Though she quickly redid each document, I was confused why they were omitted until she explained that usually one or two examples suffice for companies receiving these documents. Perhaps this should be communicated beforehand so the customer knows what to expect. One other minor issue was that I was told the revised documentz would be ready within the hour after our communication, only to end up waiting two or three hours to receive the documents. Honestly, it's not a huge deal because I'm sure Carlie was inundated with work and was doing her best, but I would have been totally fine being told something would be ready in six, 12, or 24 hours rather than one. Those two points of improvement are minor, truly. The service was fantastic, Carlie was so friendly and professional, and when I expressed a sense of urgency, she totally worked with me! I'm so grateful. Thanks a bunch!

100% OUTSTANDING SERVICE My Poupette is a fantastic example of 100% outstanding customer service experience. Excellent communication at all stages & timely delivery of results within timeframes agreed. I used My Poupette for authentication of two watches: Omega & Breitling. Both turned out to be counterfeit. I would like to thank Carlie- the PayPal case was closed today in my favour with a full refund. I couldn’t recommend My Poupette services enough. The prices are very reasonable & adequate to the value of items. Everything is very transparent, with no hidden fees like some other companies on the market. Highly recommended! :)
