Everything was explained to me before I signed up and they were willing to work with me to get to the lowest payment per month that worked for me without using all of my paycheck. Whenever I had a question or concern about my account or payment I always got a quick response and the problem was solved. Everyone was very supportive and they really worked for you to try to negotiate the amount owed. I am very thankful for Madison and Monroe, I am now debt free!!! You guys are awesome!
