Reliable service I live in California and wanted to send flowers to dear friends in Merida, Yucatán. Latin Flores was able to take my order just one day beautiful and the next morning my friends were surprised by a beautiful bouquet of flowers and bottle of wine. The flowers were beautiful and full. I will definitely use this company again. I wish they would provide service in Belize.

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service. Did charge my money for two baskets only delivered one. Ruined my mom and grandma Mother’s Day surprise. Kept giving me the same automated answer for 3 hours. BUYERS BE AWARE! I can not believe that after the horrible customer service you don’t apologize and blame me for asking several times a question you NEVER answered

They pulled it off! Thank You Ordered 2 dozen roses from the USA to Colombia for my GF on Valentines day , I was having it shipped to her office and after the order few hours passed I had to change the address to her home. They updated their system and got the flowers routed to the correct location. The product itself are amazing well wrapped and great quality. They really pull it off not only did I order flowers on the busiest day i also changed the address. Great service , great flowers will do business again!
