You deserve five stars! I should probably give this rating five stars because I received a great price and great delivery. I received exactly what I was hoping for. I just wish the description of the product had provided a touch more detail. Then I would not have hesitated before buying. But I have been rewarded! I ordered thinking that it was possible I would receive only the pen. Instead, I got the book too, which actually is important. I also couldn't figure out where it was shipping from. But in the end, I could not be happier.

Overall Overall, great experience, great price. The item is working flawlessly and was cheaper than anything I could find locally. Unfortunately, it was missing some parts and although the description didn't call this out, I went back and could have told by the pictures, so partially my fault as well. You wouldn't believe it... I reached out and within, what seemed like minutes, they had rectified the issue. I wasnt sure about the company or product, but Grade A+! I will be back. Thank you!

Above and Beyond for thier customers I purchased a control board for a Samsung refrigerator from salechamps received board very quickly. The board was a little different salechamps said no problem send it back with the prepaid postage I sent it Post office sent it back said it had the wrong postage did this 2 times back and forth with the post office I let salechamps know what was going on and they said I had been through enough and refunded me and told me to keep the board. to me that's going above and beyond to make customers happy highly recommend them
