For the want of a set screw... Very satisfied! Would have rated 5 stars except for a small set screw and cap missing from the open box, otherwise set was in good as new condition. Should be able to find a suitable replacement at the hardware store and still come out having saved a bundle over a new shower faucet!

Did not receive what I ordered Did not receive what I ordered. Was sent something completely different. To be fair they did respond quickly with a return label, and vowed to refund me the money once they got the incorrect product back. Sadly, the product I wanted is now sold out. Not a great first impression of the company, but I might try again if I find something I want from the site.

Overall Overall, great experience, great price. The item is working flawlessly and was cheaper than anything I could find locally. Unfortunately, it was missing some parts and although the description didn't call this out, I went back and could have told by the pictures, so partially my fault as well. You wouldn't believe it... I reached out and within, what seemed like minutes, they had rectified the issue. I wasnt sure about the company or product, but Grade A+! I will be back. Thank you!

Fitbit Charge 2 Just bought new bands for my Fitbit Charge 2 when it decided to stop working so I scouted the web for a new one at a decent price when I came across Sale Champs. It was only around $80 when other sites wanted well over $100 so I ordered it. It only took a few days to arrive and it came brand new and it works like a champ! I will definitely purchase from Sale Champs again!
