Aftab Rizvi, a Pakistani living in the UK In Pakistan 'tube well' is called a well in which an electric motor pulls water from the ground and a hand pump is a pump which is operated by hand to pull water. In March 2021 I happen to hear about Paani Project saying that they do 5 tube wells for $1000 in Pakistan. I paid the amount and after 2 months I got a photo of a hand pump with joyful gathering of people with a portable plaque with the name of sister (which I believe was removed after the photo session.) I would have been happy even they had built a single tube well with a permanent fixed plaque of my sister's name but they did not do that. I have contacted the Paani Project to obtain the location details of these wells but didn't get any response. Disappointing service from a company who claim to do good service.

Donation options are outlined with detail on their website which makes it super easy to see exactly what your money is being used for. Their customer service team is extremely responsive and helpful. A folder full of all the information related to the wells is sent to you once complete. The pictures are amazing and so is the meticulous process of this company. I will definitely be donating through them again.

Beyond happy! PAANI is an amazing organization I was blessed enough to make a water well for my 4 grandparents. PAANI was a pleasure to work with as they are such an amazing organization. They kept me updated throughout the process and I didn’t not feel like i was left in the dark about what’s happening with my money. When I was provided with all the pictures of the well once it was done, I was overjoyed with happiness. Amazing donation experience Amazing donation experience! Received updates on time and frequently, and it did not take long for the work to be done. Got proof of the work through email and it included information and pictures of the people and the well. Mashallah a very well created organization. Will definitely recommend donating if you want full transparency of your donation :)

I am deeply grateful for the blessed… I am deeply grateful for the blessed service of Paani and their wonderful team. Their work is transparent, honest and rigorously documented. They built a well in the name of my departed father and in honor of my holy mother, may Allah grant her long life and health. They kept me updated on every stage of the construction. I received all the photos, a chart of all the spending and all other details pertaining to the villagers and the water distribution among them. Paani charges less than other organizations too. I will definitely work with them again. May Allah bless them and their work. Ameen.
