This was my first time using my warranty. This was my first time using my warranty and I have to say, I was a bit concerned that my claim would be denied. After speaking with my service advisor at the dealership, he informed me that the repairs were approved and that the process was extremely simple! All I did was give them the phone number to Alpha and they did the rest. Couldn't be happier with my purchase of Alpha warranty and strongly suggest it to new customers.

Alpha warranty is the best warranty company I’ve ever dealt with I was told that the Ram truck was the best truck to use in my line of work, which is car hauling! So I bought a brand new Ram 5500 Limited, I’ve had nothing but issues with this truck once I got past 20,000 miles! If it were not for Alpha warranty, I swear, I would be out of business!!!!! Ram gives you this measly 100,000 mile warranty that they know that you’re going to run right through when you have a commercial business! Alpha warranty has really saved my business! It’s a struggle with the downtime, but at least they take care of me on the big end!!! I need to look into them for warranty’s on my personal vehicle!!! I truly recommend this company! They just need to put a little more pressure on the dealerships to get the job done in a timely manner!!!

I’m now a warranty believer This warranty has been amazing. Making. Lemonade out of a lemon. So many issues randomly on blog vehicle and alpha has backed the vast majority. The warranty has nearly already paid for itself after a year but the peace of mind to have solid protection and not a company trying to get out of coverage is well worth it. I wasn’t a warranty guy before but alpha certainly changed this perspective.

2nd time i have had to use it and i wont buy another car without it. Drop my car off at the dealership and basically wait to be told its ready for pick up. Had me in and out same day with nothing out of pocket and a new tire.
