Thank you soo much Thank you soo much. I gave my warranty information to the repair shop and they submitted a claim. The wonderful folks from Alpha responded back within 3 hrs and OK'd the claim.

Takes a while but they do Help!!! The process with alpha warranty was pretty long. I was starting to feel like nothing was going to happen and even the dealership wasn’t feeling optimistic with alpha. It took a month to finally get everything done. They really want to make sure it’s something on the contract before approving but at the end, my part was on the claim and they agreed to fully cover a new transmission on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. Don’t loose faith on your long process!

Everything was timely .My only… Everything was timely .My only disappointment was the dollar amount coverage. For being only 5 years old and the transmission going out was very upsetting. We paid a lot for the truck and paid off after selling some property. Appreciated all though. Half definitely is better then none.

Alpha Warranty Services is a Game Changer! Alpha Warranty Servicesb is a top notch extended warranty company. They were very helpful with me as I'm one to the warranty game as my transmission needed to be replaced. They also helped me avoid a mechanic who would have double charged me for my transmission. Simple and easy Simple and easy. Took my car on on the first of April, repair facility didn't get to it till the 11th. My warranty ended the 8th and alfa still honored it and paid over 7,000 dollars for a new transmission. Only gripe is the 35 dollars a day for a rental, can't get a rental that cheap anymore. Overall best extended warranty I've ever seen definitely will buy again and recommend.
