Getting paid on the claim is challenging - not sure we ever will. Filing the claim was easy and quick. Getting paid, altogether different story. I'm still waiting on $1467.63 and have been transferred to six different people (back and forth between claims and payments) and no one takes ownership to resolve the issue. Zach currently has me on hold with claims because he needs time to read the notes. This hold time has been 40 minutes so far and I'm still holding. Feels like I'm never going to get paid for the work we did on Ms. Jones 2015 Jeep. Auth 10411305DC. The payments lady was atrociously rude. Someone should listen to this call. SERIOUSLY.

Takes a while but they do Help!!! The process with alpha warranty was pretty long. I was starting to feel like nothing was going to happen and even the dealership wasn’t feeling optimistic with alpha. It took a month to finally get everything done. They really want to make sure it’s something on the contract before approving but at the end, my part was on the claim and they agreed to fully cover a new transmission on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. Don’t loose faith on your long process!

Alpha warranty company has been discouraging to deal with. Alpha warranty company has been terrible to deal with. If your vehicle breaks down and the parts ARE covered they will ONLY Ship the parts to the auto repair company which takes days to get. I've been without my work truck that I run my business with for 7 days now and will not get it for atleast 2 more days. Waiting on parts. Although the parts are sold all over the country. I would advise anyone looking for a extended warranty to look elsewhere. I've had to be on the phone between the shop and alpha several times just to get anything done...

This was my first time using my warranty. This was my first time using my warranty and I have to say, I was a bit concerned that my claim would be denied. After speaking with my service advisor at the dealership, he informed me that the repairs were approved and that the process was extremely simple! All I did was give them the phone number to Alpha and they did the rest. Couldn't be happier with my purchase of Alpha warranty and strongly suggest it to new customers.

Great Warranty! Once again Alpha Warranty provided excellent customer service! I'm so thankful I have them in my corner! Be back on the road again soon!
