Thank you so much for keeping my BOY alive FOREVER....... I got my initial 4 copies of the Star Registry that I ordered in name of my 31 year old son. He was the father of a 11 year old daughter and a 3 week old son, a wife, and brother. After receiving them I ordered an additional two copies, for myself and his father. The certificates were amazing. I look so very forward to heading out to my home skies in Arizona to locate the star in the night sky. Feeling Like an Un-important Customer I would appreciate a return call or e-mail after repeated tries to get in touch with the company. I have not received my star info yet, after being told it would be in my spam folder, and when I contact the company I am told someone will get in touch with me soon, whick never happens. Poor customer service, so far.

I ordered a star for my grandma as a… I ordered a star for my grandma as a bereavement gift. She lost her husband and a star seemed liked the perfect gift! When ordering I accidentally had a typo in the name and was so sad she was going to get his star with the wrong spelling on it. Customer support changed the name right away and let me know it was being shipped correctly and sent updated documents of the change. You guys rock!!
