Feeling Like an Un-important Customer I would appreciate a return call or e-mail after repeated tries to get in touch with the company. I have not received my star info yet, after being told it would be in my spam folder, and when I contact the company I am told someone will get in touch with me soon, whick never happens. Poor customer service, so far.

I ordered a star for my grandma as a… I ordered a star for my grandma as a bereavement gift. She lost her husband and a star seemed liked the perfect gift! When ordering I accidentally had a typo in the name and was so sad she was going to get his star with the wrong spelling on it. Customer support changed the name right away and let me know it was being shipped correctly and sent updated documents of the change. You guys rock!! Thank you for such a positive experience when my family is having a tough time. Very grateful for your hard working and kind team!

Faulty App and Terrible support Terrible support. I can not locate the star. The app is not working properly. Tech support doesn't listen and apparently acknowledged that the app was working properly and stopped responding. I just downloaded a competitor's app and see how this company's app probably should be working, because theirs helps you find a start from no matter where you are and which direction that you are facing. Someone that cares should look over the support emails. Also, if you look at the abundance of 1 star app reviews, you will see that I am not alone.

Thank you so much for keeping my BOY alive FOREVER....... I got my initial 4 copies of the Star Registry that I ordered in name of my 31 year old son. He was the father of a 11 year old daughter and a 3 week old son, a wife, and brother. After receiving them I ordered an additional two copies, for myself and his father. The certificates were amazing. I look so very forward to heading out to my home skies in Arizona to locate the star in the night sky. Customer service was amazing, delivery on point and the certificates are beautiful. Thanks so much for helping me to keep him alive in our hearts.
