5 Star Experience It was easy to order and they made an excellent star selection based on the preferences I entered. The electronic delivery was quick so I could send the gift same day and then the rest will come in a few days…kind of like the gift that keeps giving.

Problem with shipping I have a huge problem with this company. I wanted to buy a pack with the recipient's star coordinates. However i wanted to present the pack to the person myself but they do not live in the Uk. Star registration will choose the star based on the shipping address only. Now, as the recipient does not live in the UK. This is not possible as the shipping address would be mine. It would have to be shipped straight to them. I want to see them opening the gift. This is not personal to me at all. For such a well known company, I'm not show why this is not an option!

I used this company before for my… I used this company before for my daughter’s 30th Birthday and was very happy with the whole experience. So used it again to buy a Christmas gift, but made some errors writing out the certificate and expected to have to buy the whole package again, but upon emailing the company they corrected everything for me. An amazing service from start to finish. I highly recommend Star Registration as a company.

Faulty App and Terrible support Terrible support. I can not locate the star. The app is not working properly. Tech support doesn't listen and apparently acknowledged that the app was working properly and stopped responding. I just downloaded a competitor's app and see how this company's app probably should be working, because theirs helps you find a start from no matter where you are and which direction that you are facing. Someone that cares should look over the support emails. Also, if you look at the abundance of 1 star app reviews, you will see that I am not alone.
