It is to the point I am filing with BBB over this whole thing because Katherine will not assist in this very frustrating issue. I will definitely never buy from their site again.

They also don’t answer the phone I tried calling several times - no answer. The gift I ordered was sent from China and the tracking information was worthless.

Don’t do it!!! Go go drink can opener does NOT work!!! Great idea but just does not work due to poor tolerances and cheap plastic construction. Mexten is a joke! Shipping took over three weeks and tracking is just made up stuff. I checked tracking 3 times and it went from 2 days to 4 days to 7 days for delivery. Shipping company is someone no one ever heard of. BEWARE!!!! On the 14th day it said it was in a shipping hub 2 hours from me. 9 days later it arrived.
