Ever since I have gotten bogus tracking numbers and fake excuses as to where my items are. Once I called them out for stealing money I stopped receiving responses. I filed a claim with PayPal and won! Never ordering from this scamming website ever again.

Just another dropship company I bought a noodle press. When I received it, the box was broken, the plastic on the press was peeling, and there was rust on the inside. Mexten was willing to give a refund, but only if I shipped it back to China, which would have costed double what I had paid. Overall, Mexten is just another dropship company that is not worth your time. I probable paid twice what I would have paid if I just bought it direct from China.
