The easiest refi process ever!! Everyone involved in the refi process was fantastic!! Any and all questions I had, and I had a lot, were addressed quickly, patiently, and professionally. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate the hard work that went into the process and would use them again down the road.

Sold mortgage to known predatory lender… Sold mortgage to known predatory lender less than six months after getting our mortgage. Great process all the way through until they sold our mortgage to a know predatory lender. We did not miss any payments or had any other negagtive credit actions. Now we have to pay fees when making a payment online, by check, or by phone. No explanation as to why, no response to inquires or follow-ups. Might be union owned but they don't have the Union sense of fellowship and doing what is right. Buyer beware

As a first-time home buyer As a first-time home buyer, I was impressed by how smooth the entire process went with Union Plus Mortgage. All the people that were involved were experienced, helpful, and responsive. I would do it again with Union Plus. I also enjoyed the first-time buyer cashback and rewards.

Not so helpful I truly had to keep the ball rolling on my mortgage. There were about 4-6 people assigned to the different processes and none were very good at communicating with me and the fact I lived on Pacific coast and they worked on East Coast made this even worse. Twice, paperwork was messed up on their end that cost me 100's of dollars in increasing closing costs. When it was all finished, I got NO communication from Union Plus that it was approved or how the payout would work or the paying of my old mortgage... nothing! I only knew I had closed from the actual company that holds my mortgage. I also NEVER got my gift card that they promised after closing.

So easy I am still amazed! I have heard many stories of stressful, delayed and difficult dealings between mortgage companies, escrow, and realtors. Some are quite close to home. Not ours! We had a great agent and everyone we dealt with was responsive and professional. We closed in exactly 30 days with no hiccups! Initially we went with Union Plus simply because it was our union offering, but it turned out to be a great company and we are very appreciative for the smooth easy experience we had.
