GBDisappointed. Will never purchase from them again. I purchased a gift basket to be delivered to a friends work. She had just bought her first home and I wanted this delivery to be a surprise. I paid $40 extra for it to be delivered to her work the next day. I called Gift Baskets Plus to confirm delivery for the next day. I spoke with the supervisor and I made it very clear that If it wasn't going to be delivered the next day, I will just cancel the order. By 3pm the next day I checked the tracking status and noticed it hadn't been delivered so I called FedEx and they said there was a delay but it was on the truck and would be delivered by 8pm. At 8pm I checked the status again and it said the package was not delivered because the business was closed. I know very well the busy was not closed! My friend was there working until 11:30pm. They close at 10pm. I emailed the supervisor from gift baskets and told her how upset I was. She didn't seem to care. It was now Saturday and FedEx would be closed over the weekend and could deliver on Monday. My friend left for vacation on Monday. I was so disgusted I cancelled the entire order. Customer service is awful. I will never purchase from them again.

GBNot worth it....my research said yes, but actual experience says NO! I thought I had purchased a really nice gift basket, especially for the price I paid. (I researched MANY sites) My Recipient laughed/joked at some of items in the basket, saying small items in big boxes. She also commented on low quality of some products. So basically I paid ALOT for packaging of CHEAP products. To top it off, you CAN NOT talk to anyone via the phone who knows ANYTHING about your order if you have a problem/question. They're nice but can't help. The GiftsBasketPlus company has its call center take calls and then makes the call center email questions/complaints to someone else. It took three days and numerous phone calls for me to even get any info about my order. I really thought I'd found a decent gifts basket company....don't waste your money.

GBFamily Flix Basket I do marketing for my company and ordered two of these baskets to give away at health fairs. Everyone that sees them comments about how "neat" they are and asks where I got them. They are a "hot item" and I will be ordering more in the future.

GBGreat product. Need to improve delivery time. I loved the sympathy basket that I ordered for a friend whose mother passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015 . I ordered the basket on Tuesday September 22, 2015. My friend did not receive the basket until Wednesday September 30, 2015. Too late for a Sympathy basket - by time it was delivered the funeral/wake was already over.
