PF70 ULTRA CAMEO RIP OFF Five years ago they sold me 12 PF70 ultra cameo 1 Oz coins for over $1700. Since then I discovered this is a trick, I have been trying to sell them back ever since. The most I could get for them a couple years ago was $1200. Now all I can get is $660. NEVER AGAIN PROOF COINS AND NEVER AGAIN USGB.

Scammed and pushes sales people Bought my coins a year ago from a sales Rep Tracy. I want to purchase the the basic Bullion where I can liquidate right away. Told her I want to buy 10. She insist that with that kind of investment, I should buy the gold buffalo coin signed by Ed Moy. I told her I'm really not comfortable investing in a $6000 coin where I can't liquidate it right away, after her be super pushy and false promises, I said okay, I'll get one. All they care about is their commission, they don't care about you making money or your investment. BEWARE....They will keep calling you trying to keep selling you more. After the sale, apparently they said Tracy retired. But when I'm looking the review, looks like Tracy helped someone else 6 months after they said she retired....

DISHONEST COMPANY SCAMS OVER 1100 CUSTOMERS ON EBAY Dishonest company places ad on ebay for a roll of 20 silver eagles at $326 and then cancels my order and 1100 other orders. They then use the data to spam me with advertisements from their web site. I would advise other people do never do business with this company as they've scammed customers in the past with overpriced "rare" but actually common date gold coin sets of 9 and 12 coins at $16-30K. These coins can be purchased for $8000 at legitimate dealers. Check all the negative feedback they've received from this silver eagle scam on ebay.

Horrible Horrible. Bait and switch. Posted cheap auction, gathered a few hundred email addresses, then canceled the orders and spammed the email!!! These people are the worst. I will never order anything from them. Edit for their reply - you guys have done this in the past with other auctions. It's what you do. Who cares if it's through eBay, it's YOUR STORE AND YOUR LISTING. eBay has told me they received multiple complaints about your company doing this and when I spoke with them they said they had an ongoing investigation with your company's shady business practices.

I placed an order over a month ago and… I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received anything! There website shows nothing and the customer service department says all online dealers are out, which is far from the truth! I did get an email today showing it will be another month! I tried to get my money back and of course they don’t do that! Super disappointed with this company and definitely would not recommend to anyone.
