GBSellers push proof silver eagles Sellers push proof silver eagles. They are overvalued in my opinion and sometimes you don't get what you ordered. My example is receiving mint state 70 instead of the proof 70 I ordered. If you are new to precious metals, don't buy proof coins as an investment, bullion coins will go up in value as precious metals are a long term investment. Selection is minimal. USGB also barely buys anything. APMEX greater selection and will buy any coin.

GBI purchased some silver coins and gold I purchased some silver coins - not big purchases, but couple $3000 dollars. Recently purchased 1 oz. Gold for $1286.15. ( that what showed on check out). Good deal $10 above price of gold. When my reciept came up it was $1335 32, $50.00 higher. Called company, insisted that was my cost. Would not adjust - possibly because I wasn't his customer. My representative was on vacation- (didn't believe that). He wouldnt help me and brushed me off saying " Have a Blessed day" with attitude and hung up on me! This is not a customer service company. GBHorrible Horrible. Bait and switch. Posted cheap auction, gathered a few hundred email addresses, then canceled the orders and spammed the email!!! These people are the worst. I will never order anything from them. Edit for their reply - you guys have done this in the past with other auctions. It's what you do. Who cares if it's through eBay, it's YOUR STORE AND YOUR LISTING. eBay has told me they received multiple complaints about your company doing this and when I spoke with them they said they had an ongoing investigation with your company's shady business practices.

GBA good experience I bought a couple of Gold coin sets from the US Gold Bureau several years ago. Recently I needed to sell them so I shopped around some and was badly low balled by some of these Gold & Silver outfits. I then contacted the Gold Bureau and they quoted me a somewhat fair price to buy them back but they said I could consign the coins through them to get the true Market value. I opted to do that and they promptly sold and I received my funds. Incidently, the Golden Eagle Sets turned out to be a fantastic investment.
