Indiegogo is actively supportiung scam projects. It's save to say that Indiegogo is a company providing tools for scammer. My Experience is with IvizBox2 Pro. Originally it was scheduled to be released sporing 2018. After endless excuses from the prject owner, in 2024 they still claim suply chain problems and Covit based excuses... I finally gave up asked to be removed as a backer consider the money being lost. Indiegogo refuses to delete the scamer form their side and even accept orders. I'm wondering why we can't legally do something about this platform.

Thank you indiego… I think people misunderstand this company. They back products they believe are good. They aren't the manufacturer. I purchased fabulous kitty litter box. I waited six months for this product and worth the wait. Then you indiego for helping this company achieve their dreams and give my kitty and I something we love. I own the main competitor product as well, and this product beats it. Thank you indiego for believing in the women. And people, quit confusing indiego's role!

Terrible policies for preventing scams Disclaimers abound saying they don't facilitate shopping and there are no guarantees you'll get the thing you backed. BUT when someone takes your money then drops out of contact and doesn't give you anything, indiegogo will send them a message asking them to contact you. That's it. They leave the scammers on the website, free to keep taking peoples' money. They could at least shut the listing down. That seems reasonable. Luckily many of the vendors on the site are honest and you get the thing you backed. But when it goes wrong indiegogos policies are absolutely useless.

This platform is full with scams This platform is full with scams and won't protect the backers at all. Many of us invested a reasonable amount of money and after 5 years nor have we been refunded, nor where there a lawsuit against this company, to insure we get our money back. Instead we are left to deal on our own and beg a scam company, so we get our refunds for a product that was never delivered (it's been 5 years now!!).

"The Huggable Co" - are con artists Back in 02 June 2022 I contributed towards a campaign for some collapsible travel cups. Since then after many 'so called' delays. There have been perhaps 3 updates, last of which was in October 2023 and yet no cups, no updates and after a few requests, no refund or further update at all. Indiegogo are useless and state that I need to contact the campaign directly. Yet when I contact the "The Huggable Co" (Based in SHEPTON MALLET, United Kingdom) They just ignore all contact.
