GBShady Sellers The people on here lie about what they're selling and send products that are broken or won't give access. They offer refunds but you only have a small window to request. Sometimes my mail is in the box longer then expected and im not able to refund the items

GBI received the item ordered... but it had buldged battery, Offerup interface totally failed for me I received the item ordered. The listing description was correct, the seller had never used the tablet. That is fair. Received well packed after waiting 5 days for the seller to send it. Item was new in open box... battery was dead and bulging, tablet basically useless. I was UNABLE to follow the process, i.e. request refund from seller online or in the app, request buyer protection online or in the app, only email was available. Support is unable or unwilling to do anything. Just check the online / in app timestamps, which I couldn't provide (I guess) Support was delayed and pretty much stated I should work it out with the seller, who never responded (I naturally could only contact via their interface ...) I got email messages every time I logged in "on a new device", I tried different browsers to see if I could respond in the official way. It all keys off of the "delieverd" message I only got in email. If the submit button was available at all I got ERROR 440 when trying to request a refund. App was basically cluttered with commercials for related items. I did not get the messages I needed to respond to in the app (response not available on line, by design, probably to force you to the app), so basically I was NOT ABLE to follow the process, the email correspondence DOES NOT COUNT. Want to talk to a human ? Not an option. Not really clear how they calculate the two day intervals ? My guess is it is based on the response (which I couldn't make), it is certainly not based on the email responses. Compared to ebay, this experience was a joke. A total waste of time and money. I've purchased synthesizers on ebay from Japan, adhesives from Germany and numerous other items and ALWAYS had positive experiences. OfferUp buyers beware !

GBSucks Sucks, potential buyers contact you about your item, but never follow through or reply to messages after they have asked a question or was "truly interested" in it. Fake buyers!!! App sucks!!

GBBan account for no reasons .refuse to help Trash would give zero star if i could . Had over 400+ followers . Stellar reviews . People kept coming back because they loved my items . They randomly closed and ban my account overnight for no valid reason . Never broke their rules but thats the run around their " service" gives you . Yet live animals drugs conterfeit designer items scammers perverts and dangerous predator are allow freely on the app with zero repercussion . Time for a class action against offerup for unjust and unfair account ban . The app is trash and been trash . They added bunch of ads now . Not to mention all you will get are low ballers trying to get free or almost free items . Not sure how this trashy app stayed in business. I miss letgo ( which they boughg and shut down) .offerup is THE WORSE selling app. The people answering ( most likely in a third word country) dont give 2 s.t about you or doing their " job" . They jist copy paste random stuff as an answer .will tell you than can do nothing cant overturn nothing .they are paid to be USELESS ... must be nice .

GBOfferUp customer service is total… OfferUp customer service is total dishonest and unprofessional They will disable your account for Stupid reasons but will let criminals posting bunch of fake ads I had a lot of positive feedbacks and they disable my account for a dumb reason I can see that why OfferUp has 1.1 star review which is they shouldn’t be in the business
