GBMy Customer service guy Carl was… My Customer service guy Carl was extremely kind. I did not get my employment history like I was looking for when I registered. He went above and beyond to see if he could get it for me. Still waiting on results but service was great!

GBIt’s false advertising It’s false advertising They say you can have a trial period of 7 days for x amount and do as many searches as you want during that time period. But in reality they don’t provide any useful information unless you go to a premium package and honestly they said there were 58 files on my search subject but I doubt I would get any of that information even if I did pay the premium price Also make sure to cancel right away or they automatically charge your account

GBI got refunded for my last subscription… I got refunded for my last subscription charge. He kept a cool head and wanted no smoke lmao. Im not happy that all customer service people [including myself] in life are told to explain the policy states why we are charged for a subscription. But you need to change your policy to reflect last customer usage. [Retail credit cards] DO do that and will reimburse you. It sucks customers have to be stressed out and become "agressive or angry or unsatisfied" just to get compliance with a refund. Do better. I understand if someone has used it within 30 days but i accidentally allowed the subscription. It was an accident.
