Patrick W. First helpful collections agent ever in history of collections agents! The first time I called, I was hung up on. I called back and spoke with Patrick W. He was not pushy or demanding at all. Patrick advised me to join their program to get help disputing and working on getting rid of items on my credit report so they would be gone. Because I told him I was making calls and paying them. He advised that that didn’t mean they would take them off my report and the negative remarks would still show. I was very nervous at first that this was bologna and just to get money from me, but he assured me this works. I’m used to being yelled at and being told give us the money and while you’re at it pay this and this too. Instead I was told try this program first. I appreciate you Patrick and your concern. Your customer service is outstanding. I’d recommend you to other people for sure, if this works.

Ugo E was fantastic! Ugo E was fantastic at explaining everything in a clear and concise manner. He was extremely polite and respectful. My only wish is that the company would train their staff to understand nonbinary identity and to teach them not to use “ma’am,” “miss,” and “sir” with people who express their gender identity. Regardless of that, I still appreciate everything Ugo did.
