GBBuyer Beware! This is the worst parking experience EVER! This is the worst experience I ever had at a parking place. When we got there, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get from their lot to the airport since they only have one van. Then when we got back into SLC, we waited at the airport for nearly 40 minutes before they called and said their ONE & ONLY van was not working and that I would have to get an Uber from the airport to their parking lot. Terrible customer service.

GBEmergency Auto Retrieval We wish to commend Cruise Ship Rightway Parking Staff Nixon & Eric at 858 Channside Drive, Tampa, Florida. These two staff members went above & beyond their duties under very trying circumstances to assist us. The Rightway Cruise Parking Lot was scheduled to close at 3:00 PM. Approx. 2 miles away onboard the ship at 2:00 PM a member of our party experienced a precautionary cruise cancelling event. This matter necessitated the retrieval of one (possibly 2) cars. Additionally, coordination between the Ships Medical Staff & Ships Cabin Staff (Baggage) retrieval) via cell phone was incredibly accomplished especially with the help of Eric & Nixon in time! Finally, all is well with everyone. Thank you Rightway parking for your Genuine Customer Service Staff! Ron & Ann Brennan

GBCost me a $18 cancelation fee I booked a day short on my parking booking for a cruise by mistake. Rightway couldnt add the extra day because their system "wouldnt let them" and the PortParkingSpace location wouldnt help because I booked with a 3rd party vendor and not them directly. This forced me with NO other option but to cancel my booking with Rightway pay a $18 cancelation fee and re-book my reservation. This is a third party who cant help you at all if you have an issue skip this headache and just go to the direct customers site if you want any service after the sale.

GBEverything outstanding Everything outstanding. No problems with site. If I would change one thing it would be. When I put in the time and I needed to change my arrival time. I had to start the whole process over. I did not like that.
