Travelling down to San Antonio to visit… Travelling down to San Antonio to visit my daughter. After hearing the cost of childbirth, I didn't want to take the risk of not visiting without insurance. I have a Canadian annual travel plan- but I recently had a heart issue which they say wouldn't be covered. I found INF through google and they offered me the only plan which does not exclude any heart condition. I had the peace of mind where I could finally travel.

finally... a REAL COMPANY! i had very disheartened with my experience using another insurance last time my parents came. Was recommended from a friend at work to look at INF. I really like their service- they always answer the chat, phone calls up to 11:30 pm, emails- the even gave their whatsapp so my parents can call during flight. top notch service- i recommed all the way...

My father has a diabetes and he brought insulin from India to sustain over longer period. But as his insulin stock was over I tried to connect with INF elite support team. The team gave misinformation and told me to get the prescription refill from Doctors Please app and it will be 0$ cost. When I actually went to pick the insulin at CVS they said it’s 500$ and INF elite customer care said we don’t cover any prescription refill for existing pre condition. So it’s a total waste of paying higher for pre existing condition if we can not even get a single refill for medication covered by INF. Totally disappointing experience.

If you are traveling and looking for insurance. Go for INF!! My father got a heart attack on 24th July. He was rushed to the hospital into the emergency room. He later had an open heart surgery. I called INF helpdesk and they explained me the whole claim process. Helped me register an account. Anytime I had a question, the response was the very next minute. They have been just excellent in answering any questions and helping with the claims. The insurance and coverage is excellent too. I highly recommend them!

Booking experience was amazing Booked INF BMI VIP+ for my dad, as Pre-existing coverage was not our goal. Plan looks good (essentially equivalent of Elite with lower limit for pre-existing). Prakash helped clarify everything very nicely, and booking experience was 5-star with all questions answered over the chat.
