They'll give you the run-around! If I knew this company was in China, I wouldn't have ordered. One bra that I ordered actually fit okay, but the sizing on the second bra was way off. I knew it was a red flag when there was no return label included in the package. I tried emailing the company to start a return and they responded with a bunch of questions. I then looked at reviews on this website and decided it's not even worth replying and trying to process a return. They'll give the run-around. Don't buy from this company!!

BEWARE - Return at your costs to CHINA Essentially beware. "Yvette UK" is in... CHINA.. so if you have to return the goods after waiting for them for nearly 3 weeks .. it will costs you and the return is your responsibility until they get it. If they don't your loss.. and the bra (sport bra) while the material was very good quality the cups were so flat, so shape practically non-existent that it is more than max compression of your breast, flattening and not really suitable even though I am small bodied have small breasts.. Now I am trying to return but I mind very much the fact that I have to send goods To China at my costs!!!!

Good customer service when contacting… Good customer service when contacting to ask about tracking my leggings, quick and polite response. They arrived the next day and I'm over the moon with them!! Great quality and fit, they are really great. Would buy again

Rip-Off China company Need to return a sports bra because it is too small. Sizing information on the website is unreliable. The return policy REQUIRES contacting them prior to return, but I can NOT contact Customer Service by phone or email. The information provided for contact is incorrect or not available. I want my money back! Rip off!!!

Outstanding customer service I have purchased several sport bras from Yvette over the last 18 months, six or seven in different styles,and they wonderfully prompt and responsive handling sizing issues. I have found their customer service to be the best I have experienced whether online or in a store. Having sworn off underwires and needing a lot of support, I have been delighted with their bras.
