The bra's arrived but fit WAY smaller… The bra's arrived but fit WAY smaller than expected. Trying to get a response from Customer Service was the worse EVER. They made it impossible to return because you first had to write their customer service Department which I did x2 and didn't get a response in a timely manner. Then you are on the hook for shipping the items back without getting a full refund. You cannot just drop the package in the mail like most places. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I had a couple issues but the customer… I had a couple issues but the customer service was so nice and very helpful. I also think the sports bras themselves are well made and very comfortable. And I appreciate the sizes as I have a smaller band size but larger bust so I'm glad I've found a good quality brand that has my size and fits well.

Outstanding customer service I have purchased several sport bras from Yvette over the last 18 months, six or seven in different styles,and they wonderfully prompt and responsive handling sizing issues. I have found their customer service to be the best I have experienced whether online or in a store. Having sworn off underwires and needing a lot of support, I have been delighted with their bras.

We ordered the correct size, but it did not fit I ordered my wife a sports bra from Yvette. I order a size large, which was to tight, even though all her bras are size large. I contacted the company that gave me two options. We chose the first option, to pay the shipping for an extra large bra, as they now recommended. They have not responded to our request for a replacement. The company is not in California, they are in China. We were willing to pay the shipping, which they required, even though we did not know there was a problem with the accurate sizes.

They'll give you the run-around! If I knew this company was in China, I wouldn't have ordered. One bra that I ordered actually fit okay, but the sizing on the second bra was way off. I knew it was a red flag when there was no return label included in the package. I tried emailing the company to start a return and they responded with a bunch of questions. I then looked at reviews on this website and decided it's not even worth replying and trying to process a return. They'll give the run-around. Don't buy from this company!!
