GBvery rude customer service response Half of my order was not shipped on the scheduled day, causing a one-day delay. This led to the inconvenience of rescheduling a dinner with six friends at the last minute (day of). Furthermore, the portion of the order that did arrive on time is now aging as it waits for the delayed half. However, my primary concern was the customer service response. Their representative minimized the issue and suggested that the delay and the aging food were not significant problems. This lack of empathy was particularly disappointing given the value of the order, which exceeded $200.

GBI didn't allow for weather delays and… I didn't allow for weather delays and Goldbelly still went above and beyond to make it right for me. My food arrived in perfect condition and customer service was wonderful. Will definitely be ordering my king cakes from them again!

GBOrdering from Goldbelly was very easy Ordering from Goldbelly was very easy. Deciding what to order is another story altogether. Supper selection of foods from many iconic eateries. I ordered a brisket from Franklin Barbecue, in Austin Texas. It shipped as ordered, arrived the next day and it was SO good! I'll be searching Goldbelly for my next order soon.
