While I have never had issue with the… While I have never had issue with the food, the shipping prices are utterly RIDICULOUSLY HIGH, twenty and thirty dollars added onto the shipping is crazy. I ordered a cheesecake that was 68.00 dollars, and the shipping was plus twenty dollars more so, 88.00 dollars, the following week I was thinking about ordering another, and it was thirty dollars in shipping, it's not worth it for me. I don't order often.

The ease of placing and order and the… The ease of placing and order and the wide selection of phenomenal foods to select from is hands down the best! Goldbelly communicates with their customers keeping them apprised of the status of their order to be able to track from beginning to end. Excellent food choices, superbly prepared. I live in a pretty rural community, and I hate cooking. But I would love to try new food options that are just not available unless I want to drive a few hundred miles. So Goldbelly is my best solution…small restaurants, lots of choices, food superbly made, shipped on the date I specify. Couldn’t ask for better!

very rude customer service response Half of my order was not shipped on the scheduled day, causing a one-day delay. This led to the inconvenience of rescheduling a dinner with six friends at the last minute (day of). Furthermore, the portion of the order that did arrive on time is now aging as it waits for the delayed half. However, my primary concern was the customer service response. Their representative minimized the issue and suggested that the delay and the aging food were not significant problems. This lack of empathy was particularly disappointing given the value of the order, which exceeded $200.
