I called before making purchase to… I called before making purchase to confirm 2 day shipping. I then immediately made the purchase including 2 day. After the order was placed 3 days went by before receiving the shipping information. 2 day was not applied to my order on the sellers end. After calling again I was told they remember the conversation and would submit for the return. I then received a email stating the Seller would not correct the problem and wants to charge me for the shipping and the return rerouting package back to them. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about additional cost. Bad communication, Poor Customer Service, No concern for customers satisfaction.

Can't judge completely until I attach it to the table top coming from another source. Now you need a Canadian outlet or distributor to reduce the border restrictions.

You can't throw a heavy cast iron part in a cardboard box with little or no corner packing and hope it'll get there intact Customer service ,namely Michael , was very good about replacing a missing part promptly .
