This was a smooth transaction This was a smooth transaction. The wrought iron table base exceeded my expectations. Thanks to UPS, the shipper, the table came scratched. The packing was done at the factory in such a way that King Kong could not damage it but of course UPS worked hard to do just that. That being said, after assembly I touched up the scratches, put the granite top in place and everything looks fine. My only comment is that there should be brief assembly suggestions as I could see how the not so handy home owners vs business owners might have some issues. Right off the bat, make sure you have two people during assembly!

Responsive, Helpful Customer Service I've been corresponding with the tablebases.com staff during the past couple of weeks to determine what model and size table base I need for a table in connection with my kitchen remodel. They always answer my questions promptly and very thoroughly and have been helpful in every way. I'm looking forward to receiving my table base this week and will absolutely rate the product once the table is complete!

I called before making purchase to… I called before making purchase to confirm 2 day shipping. I then immediately made the purchase including 2 day. After the order was placed 3 days went by before receiving the shipping information. 2 day was not applied to my order on the sellers end. After calling again I was told they remember the conversation and would submit for the return. I then received a email stating the Seller would not correct the problem and wants to charge me for the shipping and the return rerouting package back to them. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about additional cost. Bad communication, Poor Customer Service, No concern for customers satisfaction.

I was looking for a quality table for…my deck located in an upscale gated townhome community. I was looking for a quality table for an outside deck that would not take up too much space. Finally discovered Tablebases online after looking forever and it has been a great experience. The customer service was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. The "stone" table top is actually quite heavy, very substantial. The black all-weather legs are also of excellent quality & weight. You do have to get a bit involved with an added DIY to add a sub tabletop support for the legs to screw into. I'm a 63 year-old woman...I bought the treated plywood, had Home Depot cut-to-size, primed, painted & epoxied...so you can too! The tables (I bought a 4-person rectangular & a 24" round)look amazing, high quality, definitely NOT cheapy-looking and no one has this style table so that is an added bonus!

Kudos to Jacob and Tablebases Jacob was wonderful to work with. He helped us throughout the process to make sure we had the correct bases for our stone tables. He also helped us understand what we needed to do to ensure the bases connect correctly to the tables. Jacob was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tablebases stands by their product and quickly rectifies any issues. Their website is easy to use and our bases shipped promptly. I would recommend tablebases to anyone.
