Once again I get the incorrect meal and… Once again I get the incorrect meal and missing items , what is wrong with this store MacDonald's vangate !!!! I placed an order this morning , the incorrect meal came , I placed an order for my son this evening and extra nuggets for him , the toy never came ,hes happy meal never came instead of juice they sent coldink and he is not allowed gas , so all he got was jalopeno sauce and chips and a coldrink when we ordered a cheese burger happ meal with juice nd extra nuggets . Now im sat with a child crying because he has no toy . We always order through uber eats but its so pathetic that they dont even take the time to check the actual order

Wouldn’t even award one star Wouldn’t even award one star , food ordered , wrong order came , can’t blame Uber it’s what he was given although he was trying to tell me the meal was correct , finally got the correct meal and it was stone cold !! The store would not answer the phone , there was an expresso shot missing and that’s the third time that exact item had been missed in our order , previously we were refunded but this time we were told we had requested a refund too many times on that item ….. well here’s an idea McDonald’s DONT KEEP LEAVING IT IT OUT !!!! I will add this refers to the constantly failing Mac Donald’s in Caerphilly South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I have had good service from others

Too much salt on the fries I was very shocked to taste the amount of salt on the fries in a Happy meal. Could there be no salt added to the chips but have sachets of salt for people to add their own. Keeping salt intake down in a child’s diet is important!

Consistently Grim We like to use the Macdonalds at the end of Tritton road in Lincoln near the university. It consistently has a problem with the Milk Shake machine McFlurry machine 7 times out of 10 these machines in this location do not work. With 3 young children in the car it ends in moaning and grumbling , not just from the kids but from me and the wife. We now make a game of it and bet each other what will be out of stock or not working this time!! The kids love it. Today no milk shakes again!! Also The chicken mayo I received was bent in half looked disheveled and screwed up, and tasted like a tramp had licked it. I will continue to drive past two other perfectly excellent Mcdonalds to this location because it reminds me how the perfect product and marketing can be totally spoiled by poor management and desperate recruitment. The franchise should be removed from these owners and a serious overhaul of the team needs action sooner than later.
