GBAnimal hairs on workers fleece!! Animal hairs on workers fleece!! Dundonald: Just been through the drive through and collected my food from a worker wearing a fleece that was covered in animal hair! I nearly boked on the spot! Whatâs the point in making workers wear hair nets to keep the hairs from falling into food when their uniform, in my opinion was totally unfit to wear when handling food. Plus the plain double cheese burger we asked for came with salad! I did try to ring to address these issues but the phone just rang out twice. This outlet needs to sort out the entrance and exit strategy for cars also. The way it is at the minute is an accident waiting to happen. Not a happy customer tonight.

GBMacdonalds Brockhurst Gosport slow food Macdonalds Brockhurst Gosport Think about renaming your service to extremely slow food this is not the first time I have sat in the Q for more then half an hour and on both occasions the food was cold the q was out the door for walk-in as well as the Uber and delivery drivers if you seriously cannot keep up demand which you canât maybe you need to rethink what services you offer ie restaurant and drive through should surely take precedence. And when I asked why it was so slow I just get a glazed look and a shrug of I donât know. I am not formally complaining because you do nothing about it just a thank you for your complaint and it has been filed in the bin! So maybe this review will make people stop at a different restaurant and not yours.

GBWouldnât even award one star Wouldnât even award one star , food ordered , wrong order came , canât blame Uber itâs what he was given although he was trying to tell me the meal was correct , finally got the correct meal and it was stone cold !! The store would not answer the phone , there was an expresso shot missing and thatâs the third time that exact item had been missed in our order , previously we were refunded but this time we were told we had requested a refund too many times on that item âŚ.. well hereâs an idea McDonaldâs DONT KEEP LEAVING IT IT OUT !!!! I will add this refers to the constantly failing Mac Donaldâs in Caerphilly South Wales đ´ó §ó ˘ó ˇó Źó łó ż I have had good service from others
