If your pet does not like the product for any reason or will not use it, they will not accept a return and refund your money. I am stuck with a cheaply made $60 water bowl my dog can't fit his face in and they refuse to accept the return and refund my money because the "measurements are in the description". If I order an XL shirt and it doesn't fit right, I am not refused a return because the "measurements are in the description". This company is crooked and care nothing about the customer or their pets. Pitiful.

Drop seller based in China not UK Drop seller based in China despite UK looking website. Charges at least double what you would pay elsewhere. Returns are a nightmare and price against quality is very wide. Avoid and save a lot of cash and pain
