First time purchasing from this website… First time purchasing from this website and their products and customer service is amazing. I bought the Zero Splash bowl and a tennis ball launcher and both works perfectly and arrived within a week which was amazing. Will definitely be purchasing again from this company and recommend to others highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Does not work for my Boerboel Does not work for my Boerboel; his drool is still everywhere.

I ordered 2 bowls and a mat on 12/6/23 I ordered 2 bowls and a mat on 12/6/23. After 10 days I still couldn’t track my package. I contacted customer support they said I have wrong information and to track it through their link they sent. My items still had not shipped as of 12/17/23. I contacted customer support and asked to cancel and refund my money. All of a sudden the item was shipped only for customer support to tell me they are now not responsible for my order because I purchased insurance. Today is 12/21/23 and I still don’t have my package. Also buyer beware it comes from China. I highly don’t recommend doing business with them. I could’ve purchased the same items on Amazon (Made in China as well) and received them in 2 days. Never heard of a business not being liable after it ships. SMH
