Drop seller based in China not UK Drop seller based in China despite UK looking website. Charges at least double what you would pay elsewhere. Returns are a nightmare and price against quality is very wide. Avoid and save a lot of cash and pain

Products are great! Products are great! They look amazing and they work perfectly! No spillings on the floor and the pup at home loves it! I bought the Zerosplash bowl, the slowfeeder, the adjustable stand and a slipmat 🤩👌🏼 Shipment took some time, but living in Norway I’m quite jused to waiting a while for packets from other continents 😅 Overall recommend this to all dogowners!

Useful but becomes an ongoing expense The product is fantastically packaged and built. My dog isn't splashing water around through his big mouth. Mostly quite happy with the product except for 4 things. 1. The smart floating plate seems to be collecting water and isn't easily removed. I wash the entire product every morning to avoid impurities and dust etc on the product. Then I noticed the smart floating plate has small holes through which the water seeps in and stays. I don't like this and doesn't seem hygienic. 2. The filter change every month is a hassle which I don't want to spend on more and which I don't want to remember. Where do I get these filters? How much does it cost? After spending AED 150 on my dogs water antisplash bowl, now, I have to spend money on these filters. 3. Your instruction manuals should be more informative. For example: it should have mentioned the smart float plate water collection, it should have more details about its maintenance. 4. The dark grey square fixture on top which stops the smart floating plate from coming out of the bowl is quite brittle and gets easily damaged. I am already using a thin cello tape to hold it together. All in all, I just feel like I am being a part of business loop where one need is fulfilled but the product is designed to add another expense or sub requirement to fulfill my primary need. Would I continue using your product and buying filters for AED 61 per month, NO!

I ordered 2 bowls and a mat on 12/6/23 I ordered 2 bowls and a mat on 12/6/23. After 10 days I still couldn’t track my package. I contacted customer support they said I have wrong information and to track it through their link they sent. My items still had not shipped as of 12/17/23. I contacted customer support and asked to cancel and refund my money. All of a sudden the item was shipped only for customer support to tell me they are now not responsible for my order because I purchased insurance. Today is 12/21/23 and I still don’t have my package. Also buyer beware it comes from China. I highly don’t recommend doing business with them. I could’ve purchased the same items on Amazon (Made in China as well) and received them in 2 days. Never heard of a business not being liable after it ships. SMH

Crooked Company - Do NOT buy from them Do not order any products from this company. If your pet does not like the product for any reason or will not use it, they will not accept a return and refund your money. I am stuck with a cheaply made $60 water bowl my dog can't fit his face in and they refuse to accept the return and refund my money because the "measurements are in the description". If I order an XL shirt and it doesn't fit right, I am not refused a return because the "measurements are in the description". This company is crooked and care nothing about the customer or their pets. Pitiful.
