I ordered a selection of 15 Romanian… I ordered a selection of 15 Romanian Wines with delivery in the UK and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase . It took 3 weeks for our products to be delivered that being due to new border regulations. Communication with customer service could be better but once i got hold of someone he was ever so helpful. Will definitely order again!

The order was perfect The wines were very good and I managed to find some that otherwise I will not be able to taste.

On the 23rd January I placed an order… On the 23rd January I placed an order for £158.74 worth of wine. An email with the order confirmation has come through, the money went out from the bank account the same day. While I understand that some orders might take longer to arrive, I find it unacceptable for no feedback to be provided on any of the 4 emails I have sent since the order was placed. The phone numbers are also unreachable. The experience has been very bad so far, however If the seller is seeing this, please provide feedback, as I’ve seen some reviews do receive responses. Thank you.

£120 worth of wine. No wine, no response I ordered £120 worth of wine in early December using their website. A few days later I received an email update informing me that my delivery will be made that day and the driver will contact me an hour beforehand. That was the last communication I got from them. I got no phone call and no one came to my door. I have since tried several times to ask about the order using the contact page but I get no response. They still have my money and I haven't got anything from them. Be warned!

Not recommended Totally unreliable. Ordered and paid 12 bottles for a family event, but didnt receive any estimated delivery time. Called both UK and Romanian numbers, emailed 3 times, no answer. Randomly, after more than 2 weeks (too late, had to buy wine again from somewhere else) the order was delivered. Not recommended.
