I purchased a dinosaur bone bracelet I purchased a dinosaur bone bracelet. I was really careful about measuring my wrist to make sure I ordered the correct size. I ended up ordering the "Large" size, my wrist measures 7.25 inches. My wrist size happened to be right on the edge of both Medium and Large. I recommend that you go with the Medium in that case, because I ended up sending mine back to be resized. The returns department is super-efficient, and I received my bracelet back quickly. Also, I would like to note that when you initially purchase your item, it is shipped really fast. You get it within a few days.

I made an unusually extravagant… I made an unusually extravagant purchase for a cigar and bourbon loving friend. When it arrived I gave it immediately as I couldn’t wait for Christmas just a few days away. The receiver noticed a small defect; O no, on such an expensive gift? I called and got Bill in customer service. He personally went to the warehouse, picked a replacement and shipped it without receiving the original piece first! Yes, WH pieces are beautiful, and they don’t come cheap, but Bill has made me a customer for life. In today’s world, customer service is king…and rare! You can buy from WH knowing that you will receive the same care and attention to detail that their beautiful items receive!

No Response when trying to reach them through their website I purchased a bracelet that I needed exchanged for a larger size and they WILL NOT respond to a request sent through their website even though that is the only way to contact them. So much for satisfaction guaranteed!! Bottom line, you better order the correct size the first time because you will be stuck with a VERY expensive bracelet!
